Perfect process for completely dried fruit
Air drying by condensation and, indirectly, food items (fruits, teas, mushrooms, etc.), is the most energy-efficient way to remove water from various materials, including food. It works on the principle of a heat pump, because when cooling on the evaporator, we cause the temperature to drop below the dew point of the air, due to which the surface of the evaporator is dewy with moisture from the air. The heat removed from the air is returned to the same air straight away, and 20-30% more is added with the help of the electricity needed to drive the compressor. This heat is thus more than enough to maintain the required temperature in the drying cabinet (which is well insulated) and thus ensures safe and high-quality drying of food. After treatment, the air is passed through the grilles with the material to be dried. The air is humidified and goes back to the drying unit for processing. The process proceeds continuously until the desired final moisture content of the material.

Due to the relatively low drying temperatures, the dried food is of very high quality as it retains all the characteristics of fresh fruit such as taste, aroma and colour.
The version of the dryer is compact, consisting of stainless materials with solid thermal insulation (polyurethane foam 70 mm thick). The dryer is equipped with a compact cooling and heating device, which is placed on the ceiling of the cabinet. Power consumption is 400/500 W per hour of operation. The regulation is electronic, with the possibility of setting the drying temperature, which allows us to adapt to the conditions required by the various types of items to be dried. The water drain is arranged through a plastic connection to the sewer or to the drain tank.
