Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the refrigerator work continuously or for a long period of time?

As soon as you notice that the refrigerator is running for longer than 1/2 to 2/3 of the time, this is a sign of a fault. In this case, it is often a user error or a product error. As a user, you can check for impurities on the condeser. It should also be noted that the refrigerator is not intended to cool a larger amount of fresh product, but to keep the temperature of the fresh product low, so check if you may have recently loaded the refrigerator with fresh stock. In the event of a product defect, the most likely reason is a lack of gas, a defrosting fault or a sensor fault.

Can I change the direction of the door opening?

Of course. When ordering, please request left-hand doors. Even after delivery, the opening direction can be changed without additional parts, but this requires some technical knowledge.

Why does the refrigerator never reach the desired temperature?

How to clean the interior of the refrigerator?

Clean the inside of the refrigerator with a damp cloth to which you can add non-aggressive cleaners.

How to check the tightness of magnetic seals?

To check the tightness of the magnetic seal, place a torch in the cabinet and observe if a beam of light can be seen coming from the refrigerator.

How do we detect a sensor error?

When you press the up arrow, “Hi” and the maximum measured temperature value will appear on the display. When the arrow pointing downwards is pressed, “Lo” and the minimum temperature are displayed on the display. If either of these shows unrealistic values (> 50 ˚C or < -50 ˚C), there is an error on the sensors.
