New automatic panel bander P2-LEAN

The new P2lean-21 machine allows a maximum bending length of 2180mm, a material thickness of 0.4-2.5mm (UTS 410 N / mm2) and an edge height of 165mm. Electricity consumption is a modest 4kW!

Adopted technical solutions and new electrically driven actuators aim to care for the environment and people without reducing machine productivity. There is only 22 l of long-life oil in the machine, inside a completely closed circuit!

Integrated adaptive technology (advanced sensors, bending formula, MAC 2.0) makes the system intelligent, automatically adapting to changes in material and the external environment, reducing emissions and corrections, and expanding the range of products that can be made.

The LINKS, STREAM and OPS software establishes communication between the system and the company’s departments involved in the production process.

The machine provides high-tech bending solutions with a high degree of accuracy!
